I also am really disappointed at the lack of customer service that I received from shopping today. I love the Best Price MSI GX70 3BE-007US 17.3-Inch Laptop for reading books. I find the size of the iPad uncomfortable for reading. Recently, I tried to read a regular book. I was surprised to find that I prefer reading in e-book format, and for that, the Fire is the best.
